I just want you all to know that I will be appearing on the Art of Building Bodies TV show.  The show will be airing its first episode of their 2nd season this Saturday, March 8th at 10:00am on E! Entertainment in BC, Alberta and Ontario.  it also airs Thursday March 6th 10:30am and 10:30pm on Men TV across Canada. 

 

I will be demonstrating a challenging exercise for every episode this season on the show, so be sure to check it out every week!
